Basically your health is a central factor of how you feel each day.

Once you have a good plan of attack on Aerobic exercise- your heart, the other kind of exercise involves developing your muscles. It just makes basic sense that by putting your body muscle groups through a workout, you will develop strength. Muscles need activity to grow and usually our daily activity level won't be enough to reach their potential. download

What Do You Eat?
The amount of servings you eat depends on your age, body size, activity level, sex, as well as other factors. The first person to start with would be your family doctor, followed by a registered dietician. In Canada everyone can see a doctor at no cost.
